The amount of emails and messages we get at times is quite crazy. On average, we can expect something like over a hundred emails and about half that on other social networks everyday.
We try to listen to everything and try to respond to most people in due course, this sometimes can mean a wait of about a month. Sending emails which are quite aggresive just means we ignore you, especially as this is done in our spare time. If you are PR person who sends us email saying, “dear blog” you will probably be at the bottom of our list, you’ll probably move further down the list if you are a PR person who has a ‘sophisticated‘ (annoying) follow-up system. We don’t expect to be the priority of PR people either, so don’t expect us to really prioritise you.
That’s about it. We never thought we’d ever need to put such a basic message up and hopefully, when this era of content overload is finished we can take it down.
