Giorgio Moroder – Chase (US 12″ Promo) [Remastered]
Hansjörg “Giorgio” Moroder (I’ve linked to his wikipedia page as he’s made music for 50 years and it’s a bit hard to sum that up in a paragraph) has entered the scary worlds of Facebook and Soundcloud.

He’s brought some fantastic treats with him too. Namely this remastered version of electro-synth classic, ‘The Chase‘ which he’s giving away for free. The track is taken from the Academy Award-winning soundtrack of Midnight Express (which does mean Electronic Dance Music was winning awards way back in 1978 and not just in 2012, as widely reported). If you need a modern reference, Daft Punk are big fans of the track and even covered it.
