Moonlight Matters – Come For Me
Sebastiaan Vandevoorde is Moonlight Matters, a disco producer hailing from Belgium who used to be a member of VillA. Over the years we’ve featured a fair few remixes from him. His one of Hercules & The Love Affair is particularly good and they’ve seemed to have acknowledged that by providing the vocals for the title track of his first EP, “Come For Me” a track that doesn’t hold back on the 80′s pop production.
Moonlight Matters こと Sebastiaan Vandevoorde は、Belgium のディスコプロデューサー。彼は以前 VillA のメンバーでもありました。これまでも何度か彼のリミックスをポストしてきましたが、その中でもHercules & The Love Affair のはかなり良い感じ。彼らはの彼のファーストEPのタイトルトラック、”Come For Me” にボーカルで協力。80′sなポップさが良い感じのトラックになってます。
There are two other originals, which you can check here and there are remixes, of course. They weren’t really my thing. For some reason the Mighty Mouse remix of “Come For Me” didn’t quite make the cut for the official release. However, this does mean for some free download action and when it’s a Mighty Mouse remix, that’s a very good thing indeed (would have happily paid for this). It’s a slow-building type of disco remix tinged with a bit of electro. It all kicks in superbly around the 4 min mark.
他にもオリジナルが2つあって、ココでチェック出来ます。勿論リミックスもありますよ。正直あんまり好みのものはありませんでした。所がリリースには収録されたなかった、Mighty Mouse の”Come For Me” はどうしてリリースされなかったの? と本当に疑問な位素敵なリミックスになってます。スローなディスコにエレクトロが入ったようなリミックスで、4分辺りでかなり輝いてます。
