The Futureheads + Edwin Van Cleef.

Not gonna lie, we’re not huge fans of The Futureheads and their new single ‘Heartbeat Song’ isn’t that interesting to us. So yeah, let’s get that one out of the way. However, we are fans of Edwin Van Cleef, the dude knows good melodies. The quality of his work seems to be ever improving (it was quite good in the first place), as he takes a fairly drab song and works his works his magic on it, transforming the track into a beautiful nostalgic sounding electro-disco tune. It’s not on the singles release package either, because somebody failed . But somebodies fail is the internets gain, you can grab it in lovely full-quality for nout.

正直言うと私達はThe Futureheadsのファンでもないしニューシングルの’Heartbeat Song’もあんまり好きじゃないんですけど、今回なんでポストをしてるかって言うとEdwin Van Cleefがナイスなりミックスを作っちゃったからです。初めから勿論彼の作品は良かったですがなんだかその腕もアップしてる気がします。このトラックの雰囲気もすっかり変わってなんともきれいでノスタルジックなエレクトロディスコチューンに大変身。残念ながらリリースには入らないもののコレは絶対チェックしてもらいたいリミックスです。
